Do you ship outside of the US? As of now, we do not ship outside of the United States. We will notify you by email if that changes.

Why are the products showing sold out? It's likely because you are out of our shipping zone (US).

When will my order ship? Orders ship within 8 business days.

What is the refund policy? There are no refunds or returns due to the nature of our products. 

What's the difference between body oil and parfum oil? Parfum has a much heavier fragrance load, making parfum a more suitable companion. Parfum oils and parfum both have the highest fragrance concentration.

How often will HFH open? Our home will open once a quarter. Be sure you're on the email list to know the date and time of each opening.

Will the same fragrances be available every quarter? No. New fragrances will be available.
